Delivery and returns
DELIVERY
Products are delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer when placing the order. The amount of the delivery fees is communicated to you before confirming the order. We deliver to Germany, Belgium, Denmark, the United States, Spain, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Norway, and the Netherlands.
Delivery is free for any order over €50 in mainland France when using a collection point.
Delivery times are the sole responsibility of the carriers, and under no circumstances can Orwells be held liable in case of failure to meet these deadlines.
According to the estimated shipping times provided by the carriers, an additional processing time of up to 3 business days is required for your order. We offer two types of delivery options:
- Delivery to a collection point via Mondial Relay
- Home delivery via Colissimo
Once the order is handed over to the carrier, delivery takes approximately 3 to 5 business days within France and 5 to 7 business days for other countries.
Any order of €200 or more will be shipped via Colissimo (or an equivalent delivery service) with a signature required upon delivery.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
In accordance with current legal provisions, the customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal with the seller for a refund, provided that the products are returned in their original packaging, with the tamper-proof seal intact, and in perfect condition within fourteen (14) days following the communication of their decision to withdraw.
Please note that the return is made by post and the return shipping costs are at your expense.
You have 14 days after receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and notify us.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with the tamper-proof seal intact.
For a refund request, please send an email to our customer service (contact@orwells.fr) with your order number, and our customer service will provide you with the return instructions. If all conditions are met, you will receive a refund within 14 days of the product being received by our team.
